Frequently asked questions.
How do I RSVP and when do I need to RSVP by?
Please reply by 8th April 2026.
Click the RSVP button (or just click here) and you’ll be asked to enter your name. Please RSVP for each person individually with your/their full name and complete all questions that follow.
Plus ones and children
Unfortunately space is limited so we had to make some difficult decisions on who we could invite. Your invitation is addressed to those invited and we can’t wait to (hopefully) celebrate with you! As much as we love the little ones, the venue is on a working farm and isn’t very child-friendly. We’re so sorry but we can’t accommodate children under the age of 12.
The food and dietary requirements
You will be well catered for all day by our wonderful catering company during the day and evening. Should you have any allergies, dietary requirements or special requests please make sure you note these when RSVPing (there will be a question pop up to add this information). Please let us know in advance as we may not be able to accommodate requests on the day.
Parking at Pennard Hill Farm
Parking will be clearly signed as you enter the venue. It’s all free, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight if you’d prefer to taxi home.
Taxi and local accommodation information
As our venue is a rural location pre booking taxis in advance is advised.
