How do I RSVP and when do I need to RSVP by?

Please reply by 4th April 2026.

Click the RSVP button (or just click here) and you’ll be asked to enter your name. Please RSVP for each person individually with your/their full name and complete all questions that follow.

Plus ones and children

Unfortunately space is limited so we had to make some difficult decisions on who we could invite. Your invitation is addressed to those invited and we can’t wait to (hopefully) celebrate with you!

The food and dietary requirements

You will be well catered for by our wonderful catering company. Should you have any allergies, dietary requirements or special requests please make sure you note these when RSVPing (there will be a question pop up to add this information). Requests may not be able to be taken on the day.

Parking at our reception venue

At Usk Castle there is a large guest car park clearly signed as you turn into the venue. Cars can be left over night.

The dress code and some advice

Dress to celebrate! Smart, wedding-appropriate outfits are perfect.

Please note, the majority of the venue (excluding inside the marquee) will be on grass. We will provide heel protectors or recommend block heels.

What time should I arrive for the evening?

Please arrive at 7:30pm for cocktails, saxophone and our evening entertainment.

What time will the wedding day end?

The night will officially end at 12:00am with the venue closed from 1am.
